Refund policy

WARRANTIES, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

RETURNS

We want you to love your Ecoberi purchase! However, if something doesn’t work out, you have 30 days from receipt of your order (or 30 days from the final delivery if your order arrives in multiple packages) to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Items purchased from other retailers must be returned to them directly.

To start a return:

  • Email us at info@ecoberi.com with your name, address, order number, and contact details.

  • We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label via USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx.

  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

EXCHANGES

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it for damage or defects. If there is an issue:

  • Notify us promptly at info@ecoberi.com.

  • We'll handle shipping costs if the exchange is due to defects or shipping errors.

If a replacement part is sufficient, we’re happy to provide that instead of exchanging the whole item.

REFUNDS

Upon receiving your returned item, we'll process your refund within approximately two weeks. Refunds will be made via your original payment method and include applicable taxes, minus return shipping costs (unless your return is due to defects or errors).

Your bank's processing time may vary; the refund will appear in your account according to your billing cycle.

WARRANTIES

Ecoberi products are warranted for two years from the date of purchase. Our warranty promises that:

  • Products will match their descriptions on our website.

  • Products will be free from material defects in design, materials, and workmanship.

  • Products will perform according to their intended purpose.
