Replacement Parts

Ecoberi offers a lifetime warranty against factory defects. We will happily replace any missing or broken parts and no charge.

Please email your order number if you have it and provide a detail or picture of the broken item along with your full name, address, phone and email to info@Ecoberi.com. Please title the email 'replacement parts'. 

Ecoberi will acknowledge receipt of the request and provide tracking number once the replacement is sent out.
